Grand Avenue Events provides professional event planning, design, and production services. Because our services are intangible and event-based, the following terms describe how and when our services are delivered.
1. Nature of Our Services
We do not sell physical products. We deliver consulting, planning, vendor coordination, design, on-site management, and production services pursuant to a signed service agreement. No physical shipment is involved.
2. Service Initiation
Services begin within five (5) business days of receipt of (a) a signed service agreement and (b) the required retainer payment. The kickoff includes a discovery meeting and a written project plan delivered within ten (10) business days.
3. Planning Milestones
- Concept & Design: Mood boards and design proposals delivered within 21 days of kickoff.
- Vendor Sourcing: Vendor recommendations and quotes presented within 30–45 days of kickoff.
- Production Schedule: A detailed run-of-show delivered no later than 14 days before the event date.
- Final Walk-Through: Conducted with you and the venue no later than 7 days before the event date.
4. On-Site Event Day Services
Our on-site team arrives at the event venue at the time specified in the service agreement, typically four to eight hours before guest arrival, and remains until the agreed end of service. We manage vendor arrivals, setup, run-of-show execution, and tear-down.
5. Post-Event Deliverables
- Vendor invoices reconciled and final accounting delivered within 14 days of the event.
- Photography and videography delivered per the contracted creative team's schedule (typically 4–8 weeks).
- Post-event report (for corporate clients) delivered within 21 days of the event.
6. Communication
During business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST), inquiries are answered within one business day. During the final two weeks before your event, your dedicated planner is reachable by phone for time-sensitive matters. We do not handle non-emergency requests outside business hours.
7. Delays
If we anticipate any delay in a milestone deliverable, we will notify you promptly and propose a revised timeline. Delays caused by client unresponsiveness, scope changes, or third-party vendors are not the responsibility of Grand Avenue Events.
8. Service Completion
Services are considered fully delivered upon the conclusion of the event and delivery of the post-event deliverables specified in the service agreement. Final invoices are issued within 14 days of the event.
