About Grand Avenue Events
Twelve years of crafting events that matter.
Founded in 2013 by Shelby Lynn Kemp, Grand Avenue Events is a boutique full-service event planning and production company headquartered in central Pennsylvania.

Our Story
A company built on precision and warmth.
Grand Avenue Events began as a small wedding-planning practice in 2013. Over the last twelve years we've grown into a full-service event company producing weddings, corporate galas, milestone celebrations, and large-scale concert productions for clients across the United States.
What hasn't changed is our standard. Every event — whether it's an intimate dinner for twenty or a corporate gala for a thousand — receives the same disciplined planning, the same vetted vendor network, and the same senior-level attention.
We are based at 137 W North St in Aaronsburg, Pennsylvania, and we travel for our clients. We are licensed, insured, and proud of the long-term relationships we've built with venues, vendors, and the families and companies we serve.
Our Mission
To design and produce exceptional events that exceed expectations, on time and on budget — every single time.
Our Vision
To be the most trusted event planning company in the Northeast, known for elegance, integrity, and reliability.
Our Promise
Transparent communication, calm professionalism, and a senior planner who answers your call from day one.
Why Clients Trust Us
A real business, accountable to every client.
Fully Licensed & Insured
We carry $2M in general liability coverage and operate under signed, attorney-reviewed contracts.
Twelve Years of Practice
Hundreds of weddings, galas, and corporate productions delivered since 2013.
Vetted Vendor Network
Forty-plus partner caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainers — every one carefully selected.
Our Philosophy
"The smallest details are what guests remember."
We obsess over the details that nobody else notices — the timing of toasts, the temperature of the room, the spacing between chairs, the moment a guest finds their seat. Done well, none of it is visible. Done poorly, all of it is.
— Shelby Lynn Kemp, Founder
